Dieser sanfte Flow mobilisiert und öffnet die Hüften und dehnt die Flanken. In der Schwangerschaft habe ich diese Abfolge besonders gern morgens, direkt nach dem Aufstehen gemacht. Das Liegen auf der Seite war für meine Hüften sehr ungewohnt. Erst nach diesem Flow waren sie nicht mehr müde und starr sondern wach und geschmeidig wie immer. Anfangs- und Endentspannung circa 5 Minuten. Gut geeignet in Trimester 1 und 2. Nicht geeignet bei Sodbrennen.
